Breathe and Recover train Individuals, Communities & Organisations in the basics of Health Education which we believe starts with the Breath, Nervous System Regulation and developing Self Awareness. 

The Breath and Body

By working with and being aware of our breath and breathing patterns we can see how our system is functioning and learn how to influence it to support a healthy Body Mind Connection.

Nervous System Regulation

The Nervous System can impact every aspect of our lives from our relationships to communication, health, performance,  leadership, decision making and even our finances.
